Have at least five years of continuous legal practice.

Demonstrate a clear area of specialization along with ambitious professional goals and strong revenue-generating capabilities.Maintain a clean professional record, with no history of administrative penalties or disciplinary actions.

Lawyers：

A bachelor's degree or higher in a law-related field, along with successful completion of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination or possession of the Legal Profession Qualification Certificate.

A strong foundation in legal theory, with excellent skills in communication, legal analysis, and writing.
